She holds advanced degrees in nursing, including an MSN and a PhD from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Nurse Practitioner degree from Holy Names University.
She is the founder of CHOICES4U and has established nurse practitioner corporations in Arizona and California, reflecting her leadership in innovative and ethical psychiatric practice. With fellowship training in integrative and addiction medicine, she currently provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management within the Alameda County mental health system, while remaining deeply committed to evidence-based care, mentorship, and advancing psychiatric nursing.
